Ms. Wall-Wolff is a CJA Panel attorney for the Southern District of New York, representing indigent clients in all manner of federal criminal cases, including RICO, wire fraud, export control violations, bribery, narcotics, and firearms charges. She has a robust practice and obtains excellent results for her clients, including winning a Rule 33 motion vacating the substantive counts of her client’s conviction following a five-week jury trial, and winning a compassionate release motion that granted her client early release from prison. She is a member of the Criminal Justice Act Habeas Panel and has written amicus curiae briefs for the Supreme Court of the United States and Courts of Appeal.
Ms. Wall-Wolff has extensive experience in white collar cases, having represented numerous clients in investigations by the DOJ, SEC, FINRA, and the New York State AG’s Office relating to securities fraud, insider trading, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, public corruption, and tax fraud. She represents individuals in sensitive grand jury proceedings, internal investigations, and investigations conducted by government agencies.
Ms. Wall-Wolff has also represented clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, LLC dissolution and membership disputes, and other business litigation.
Ms. Wall-Wolff received her J.D. from Yale Law School and clerked for the Honorable Vincent L. Briccetti in the Southern District of New York. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked at several elite law firms, including Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello PC, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
